SAN ISIDORO ROOK CASTS

For my final project in Prototyping & Fabrication, I was tasked with creating a mold of a model of a rook chess piece.

To do this, my partner and I researched chess pieces, found 3D models on Thingiverse, prepared the positive models for CNC carving in Fusion360, carved out a model using the Carvey, created a negative mold out of silicon, and then cast a positive model from that mold.
